The \u201cwar for talent\u201d<\/strong> is raging in all industries, and it doesn’t seem to be going away for a while. As an HR consultancy, we notice daily with our clients how important a strong Employee Value Proposition (EVP)<\/strong> has become. It is no longer just about the paycheck, but about the big picture: culture, values, growth opportunities and how employees really feel within an organization.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

We assist companies in attracting new colleagues and find time and again that the EVP makes a significant difference in this. Candidates often ask the same questions: \u201cWhat makes this company different?\u201d and \u201cWhat can I find here that I don’t get elsewhere?\u201d A strong Employee Value Proposition provides a clear, honest and attractive answer to these.
