Certified Service Provider

DHR Partners is recognized by the Flemish Government as a service provider within the framework of the SME e-wallet. As a result, small enterprises in Flanders can receive a 30% subsidy for their advisory projects aimed at improving core processes, and medium-sized enterprises can enjoy a 20% subsidy.

Steps to Apply for the SME e-wallet

Are you using the SME e-wallet for the first time?

First and foremost, you need to register on the online platform INKOM. A suitable manual for this can be found here.

After confirming your registration, you will receive an email from us with the invoice. Haven’t received an email? Be sure to check your spam folder.

VAT Payment: only the amount excluding VAT qualifies for payment with the SME e-wallet. The VAT amount must be paid directly to DHR Partners via BE43 0018 3731 5901.

Start the support application: A project application can be initiated through the SME e-wallet website. More information can be found here. The actual application must be submitted no later than 14 calendar days after the start date!

IMPORTANT! Since January 1, 2023, you are required to select a ‘theme’ when submitting your application. This theme will be included in the offer you receive from us after the intake interview.

Deposit of your own contribution: After the confirmation of your subsidy application, you will receive an email with a ‘request for payment’ and the payment details for your own contribution to Pluxee.

Project payment: Once Sodexo has received your contribution, the Flemish Government will transfer the subsidy. You will be notified by email. Note: This does not mean the total sum has been paid to DHR Partners! You still need to transfer the entire project amount. You can do this by logging back into the SME e-wallet and then clicking the ‘pay’ button in your project.

IMPORTANT: Be sure to include the structured communication provided on the invoice from DHR Partners. This structured communication is identical to the one used for the VAT payment.

The payment takes 2-3 weeks before it is received and processed by us. Afterward, you will receive a final confirmation via email that your payment procedure is complete!
