What we go for

DHR Partners aims to increase the commitment of our clients’ employees and collaborators by using Reward tools. DHR Partners does not define Reward purely as the financial aspects (Compensation & Benefits). For us it can also include initiatives that stimulate physical, emotional and/or social well-being.

Since every organization is unique, it is crucial to use the right tools. Only in this way can we be sure that the initiatives we launch are in line with your business strategy and therefore with what your company wants to achieve.

Customization achieved through true partnership and with a measurable effect are guaranteed when you partner with DHR Partners. To be sure of this effect, DHR Partners supports you not only with the identification of the right opportunities, but also with the implementation of the solutions: how can we best administer and communicate a new or adapted instrument in the most efficient way?

What we stand for

For DHR Partners, creativity lies at the intersection of innovation and realism. It’s not that hard to come up with new ideas, but how do we implement them so that it works for you and your employees? Is the timing right? Is there (enough) budget? Does it fit into the culture? In short, what is realistic?

If you only have the means to ride a bike from A to B, DHR Partners will not recommend going by car to get there faster. We might suggest a road bike, or we might help you make a business case for buying a car if that would make sense.

DHR Partners will also partner with other (HR) service providers. If partnering with a third party is the best solution for you, we will recommend that as well.

It is also possible that – since we want to offer customized solutions – we come up with a solution that has not yet been rolled out in the market. DHR Partners will then gladly develop it for you, within the legally permitted framework.

At DHR Partners, we believe that humor is a critical factor in being successful. Humor is humanizing; it puts people at ease. It is a way to break through tensions, because it often makes us realize that we are actually striving for the same thing, even in difficult situations.

The most common value among all service providers, especially in the HR playing field. However, just because integrity is often cited does not make it less important: DHR Partners will partner with you in detail and appropriately, taking into account all responsibilities regarding applicable laws and regulations.

DHR Partners -as the name indicates- strives for real partnerships with both clients and other (HR) service providers, in order to achieve a common goal: increasing the engagement and well-being of your employees.

Partnering aims at not only teamwork, but also sincere cooperation in order to achieve that common goal. DHR Partners also intends to “take care of”, inherent to a true partnership. By definition we strive for long-term relationships, because increasing the well-being of your employees is also a long-term goal.
