Dirk founded DHR Partners in 2018 out of the motivation to use his years of experience as a Compensation and Benefits specialist to help large and small companies by offering tailor-made total reward services.
Formed in psychology and social law, Dirk started his career within Compensation and Benefits (C&B) at Hewitt CBC (now acquired by AON) and worked for various national and international organizations for more than 25 years. He worked at General Motors and later at Johnson & Johnson where he was responsible for the compensation policy of all Pharma R&D companies, with employees in 47 countries. As C&B Director at Delhaize, he carried responsibility not only for Compensation & Benefits, but also Payroll, HR Administration, HRIS, HR Analytics, Social Legal and General Services. He managed a team of 83 employees and about 20 external consultants. After the merger with Ahold, he took a position at Ahold Delhaize group level as responsible for Benefits and Pensions.
His experience combined with his honest character and his analytical and out-of-the box thinking make Dirk adept at Reward Management. He will therefore work with great dedication to build a new vision and strategy around reward and play an active role in social relations within the organization.

She built her career within HR strategy and policy where guiding and supporting people and organizations became a passion. After immersing herself in the various sub-domains of HR, Martine took on an HR executive responsibility where vision and strategy took the lead.
For more than 35 years she has been active in HR related leadership roles at national and international levels, in the private and public sector making her source of knowledge invaluable to both the DHR Partners team and to our clients, the partners we work with . In executive positions Martine guided transformation projects (Leroy Merlin Belgium, BASE Company) realized the start-up of companies (IKEA, Leroy Merlin Russia) worked on process optimization, simplification, strong development of soft HR support (Delhaize, BASE Company, Enabel-Belgian Development Agency). Martine managed important teams and can move on the vision and strategic level as well as on the execution and implementation of HR projects. She also has significant experience in social dialogue.

Formed in Social Sciences and HR Management, complemented with a specialization in Compensation & Benefits Management, Ivo started as a payroll consultant and then quickly broadened his experience as HR Services Manager and HR Business Partner. During his now more than 23 years career Ivo developed knowledge and experience in HR Project and process management, supporting business development, managing HR admin teams and leading HR Business Partners. He built his expertise both in SMEs and large enterprises.
